Sun Grant Program

Oklahoma State University proudly announces that Nathaniel Bolujoko (Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering), Manoj Gyawali (Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering), Mohd Tauhid Khan (Chemical Engineering), Swarnali Mukherjee (Microbiology and Molecular Genetics), and Oluwatobi Quadri (Microbiology and Molecular Genetics) have been selected as recipients of the 2026 South Central Sun Grant Spring Graduate Research Fellowship.

The fellowship is supported through funding from USDA NIFA under the internal South Central Sun Grant Graduate Research Fellowship Program. This program is designed to expand education, research training, and professional development opportunities for OSU graduate students pursuing innovative work in biofuels, bioenergy, and bioproducts. Each graduate student receives $4,500 award to support their research activities.

The South Central Sun Grant Center congratulates these graduate students for their achievements and contributions to advancing sustainable energy and biobased product research.
